Delivery Manager (Senior)

Project overview

We are looking for: Senior Delivery Manager (Product Suite, IT)

General info:

• Location: hybrid (~3 days in the Warsaw office)
• Start: November 2026
• Duration: 14 months (until 31 December 2027)
• General info: contract, full-time
• Rate: 200-230 PLN/h

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across a product suite made up of multiple agile teams, keeping goals, scope, dependencies, risks and progress aligned
• Act as the bridge between product, business stakeholders and delivery teams, keeping priorities clear and coordination effective
• Drive predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, managing risks and impediments, and enabling data-driven decisions
• Support product suite planning, prioritization, sequencing and capacity management
• Own the product suite budget, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and value realisation
• Provide transparent reporting, executive summaries and stakeholder communication
• Provide hands-on delivery leadership and coaching to individual teams when needed
• Drive continuous improvement as an active member of the Delivery Management community, working with Delivery Leads, Delivery Managers and the Head of Delivery

Requirements

• 6-12+ years of experience in delivery, programme or project management
• Proven experience driving delivery in complex IT environments, ideally in a product-centric or agile operating model
• Experience with programme- or portfolio-level financial management (budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling)
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management and risk handling
• Experience with Azure DevOps and collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Microsoft 365)
• Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations at multiple levels, across locations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Pragmatic, structured and outcome-driven, with the ability to build trust across teams
• Willingness to work regularly from the Warsaw office
• Engineering background or degree is an advantage
• Facilitation certification is a plus
