Detailed JD :
· Provide L1/L2 technical support to users across hardware, software, and network issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals.
· Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common applications.
· Manage and support devices enrolled in Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) including compliance policies, app deployments, and updates.
· Support users with Office 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
· Perform user account management and password resets via Active Directory
· Use remote desktop tools TeamViewer to support remote users.
· Ensure systems are compliant with security standards including antivirus, patches, and updates.
· Maintain IT inventory and documentation using helpdesk/ticketing systems.
· Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning of new users, email accounts, and device setup.
· Collaborate with the broader IT team for escalations, project deployments, and infrastructure tasks.
