Statens vegvesen is seeking developers with high expertise to join the Digital Subject Systems team, focusing on the Authority and Regulations domain. The team will contribute to the further development, modernization, and management of existing solutions.
Project overview
Short description of the assignment and the Client's needs:
The assignment includes delivering a development team with high developer competence to Digital Subject Systems in Authority and Regulations. The team will contribute to the further development, modernization, and management of existing solutions. Statens vegvesen needs developers with documented experience from similar technologies, systems, and work methods, who can join ongoing development work and deliver value from the start with limited need for training.
Responsibilities
- Develop user interfaces with React in JavaScript/TypeScript
- For a full-stack resource, it is also relevant to develop in Spring Boot with Java/Kotlin on the backend, as well as develop databases, migration scripts, and database queries
- Develop unit tests, service tests, component tests, and end-to-end tests
- Build, test, deploy, and monitor the code the team produces.
- Collaborate with other developers and perform code reviews.
- Collaborate with the team lead, tech lead, UX, and subject matter experts.
- To the extent the Client desires, the consultant shall also participate in other related activities.
Requirements
Start date: As soon as possible
- General good competence in Java and frontend/React development
- Competence and experience with universal design.
- Competence and experience with integration and unit testing.
- Competence in database modeling
- Experience with Bitbucket, React, JIRA, and Slack
- Competence and experience from deployment in continuous deliveries.
- Experience with agile project execution and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Statens vegvesen's OpenShift platform
- Experience with operation of systems under development
- Experience with development in DigitaleFag systems
- Experience with development using AI
