Hays Contracting Services is a B2B-based cooperation model. We are currently looking for an expert to provide services in the area of Cloud / DevOps and Platform Engineering as part of a Group reporting capability implementation for Solvency II.

Cooperation type: B2B

Start date: ASAP

The project focuses on the build, configuration and implementation of the Group reporting capability for Solvency II.

The scope includes:

Implementation of Pillar 1 calculation and reporting processes

Implementation of Pillar 3 end-to-end reporting and disclosure processes

Configuration and deployment of CCH Tagetik and Databricks to support Pillar 1 and Pillar 3 reporting capabilities

Implementation of processes to produce internal Group SUK reporting packs

The wider project scope covers detailed solution and technical design, environment and platform setup, data modelling and ingestion, configuration of calculations, models, mappings and rules, MI/BI reporting, UI and workflow, system-enabled controls, testing and UAT/E2E support.

Required competencies:

Experience in cloud environment configuration

Experience with deployment pipelines

Experience with access controls

Experience with monitoring

Experience with release automation

Experience supporting enterprise platforms and environments

Nice to have

Experience with Databricks

Experience with CCH Tagetik

Knowledge of Solvency II

Experience with regulatory reporting solutions

Experience with data and reporting platforms

Cooperation process:

*profile and experience review by the Hays team;

*a conversation with a Hays consultant about the project and scope of services;

*a technical meeting with project representatives (up to 2 stages);

*agreement on cooperation terms;

*commencement of service delivery.

The cooperation is carried out between independent businesses (B2B model) and covers the performance of services within the agreed project scope. The Contractor independently organizes and manages the manner in which the services are performed, taking into account the project requirements, security obligations, and the necessary communication with the client.
