Project overview
Responsible for automating and managing the release process within the GENIUS platform.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for various projects
- Setting up automated build and deployment processes via PowerShell
- Coordinating release schedules with development teams
- Monitoring pipeline performance and resolving occurring issues
- Ensuring compliance with best practices and security guidelines during releases
- Managing the branching and merging strategy of Git repositories
- Documenting processes and procedures related to CI/CD and releases
- Collaborating with developers, testers, and other stakeholders on continuous process improvement
- Demonstrable experience with Azure DevOps Server or comparable CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Thorough knowledge of PowerShell, supplemented by experience in automating build and deployment processes
- Practical experience with version control systems, including Git
- Well-developed analytical skills for problem-solving, even under time pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of TSQL queries for Microsoft SQL Server
