Context
In the pharmaceutical industry, all software related to drug quality must be validated before going into production. Historically, this validation is heavy, documentary, and designed for a few production releases per year.
A major pharmaceutical group is changing its model. Its product teams are moving to continuous releases, and compliance must keep pace with sprints. They are looking for an engineer capable of making this possible: automating tests, traceability, and evidence collection in the pipelines, and integrating compliance from the design stage rather than validating it afterwards.
Missions
Practical information
- Join product teams and participate in their rituals (planning, refinement, reviews)
- Automate compliance: traceability of requirements-tests, generation of evidence, release reports, reporting, by leveraging existing tools (CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
- Support product owners and developers on risk analysis and controls to implement (pharma quality, cybersecurity, data)
- Participate in product validation with a pragmatic approach, based on the actual use of the software
- Prepare audits and inspections with the teams, and follow up on action plans
- Train teams and liaise with the group's compliance experts
- Contribute to the use of AI in product development, while ensuring the management of associated risks
