DevOps Tech Lead (AI)

Project overview

As Tech Lead, you will guide the further development of search and AI applications within Defense.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Leading multiple DevOps teams working on search engine and AI solutions
• Determining the technical direction for software development and deployment
• Focusing on scalable, sustainable, and future-proof solutions
• Translating between engineers and stakeholders so that goals and progress are clear
• Working according to Cloud Native principles with daily releases in a Kubernetes environment
• Vision on developments in the field of Search & AI
• Experience in designing solution architectures
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading DevOps teams
• Minimum 2 years of experience in connecting management, product owners, and DevOps teams
• Minimum 4 years of experience with DevOps practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD
• Minimum 2 years of experience within a DevOps team
• Experience within a large government organization such as the Ministry of Defense is a plus
• Dutch passport
• Proficiency in the Dutch language, the working language for this assignment
• VGB security investigation at level B is required
