You will be responsible for:

You have 4 to 6 years of experience and a versatile profile, capable of communicating with both infrastructure teams and developers.

A knowledge of the development world is particularly appreciated to understand the uses, constraints, and expectations of the supported teams.

As part of strengthening a "Manufacturing Foundation" team, we are looking for a DevSecOps profile with proven expertise in containerization, OpenShift, and CI/CD chains.

You will work in a rich and complex technical environment with a central objective: to improve the developer experience and optimize the platforms made available to them.

• Maintaining the operational condition of OpenShift, GitLab, Harbor, and Nexus platforms.
• Administering resources and ensuring compliance with quality and security standards.
• Designing, building, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Configuring and customizing Red Hat DevSpaces.
• Creating and maintaining devfiles and managing workspaces.
• Promoting the use of DevSpaces among development teams.
• Reducing technical debt through automation with Ansible and Terraform.
• Implementing self-service capabilities to improve developer experience.
• Supporting developers and operational teams in using the tools.
• Resolving technical issues and popularizing DevSecOps best practices.
• Writing and maintaining technical specifications, operating procedures, and exploitation procedures.
• Docker: expert level.
• Kubernetes: expert level.
• Red Hat OpenShift: expert level.
• GitLab CI/CD: expert level.
• Red Hat DevSpaces: confirmed level.
• Ansible and Terraform: practical experience expected in the context of automation activities.
• Harbor and Nexus: practical experience expected in the context of platform administration.
