Project overview

Reporting to the IT department of about ten people and under the responsibility of the Front Office Manager, your main missions will be as follows:

You will be responsible for integrating the catering products that we market on the Online Ordering site and on the point-of-sale application used by our sales representatives on board trains.

You will contribute to updating products with each range change (4 times/year) on different sales areas, as well as managing commercial discounts, monitoring customer requests, and various reporting.

You will be required to specify application developments to the designer, monitor projects, and test new features from end to end before going live.

You will be proactive in proposing and monitoring the various test plans to be designed and followed (application and payment).

You will also have to write procedures and best practices and communicate them to our sales representatives on board trains via our internal social network.

Profile

You have initial experience with an e-commerce solution such as Magento or PrestaShop.

You know APIs and JSON format.

You have writing skills, a sense of service, and collaborative work.

Skills in html/css/javascript and knowledge of payment systems would be a plus.
