Context
Within the M-Commerce department, we are looking for a digital cashback project manager, a key point of contact:
Your mission: boost customer acquisition and strengthen customer loyalty for the 2 cashback programs.
Missions
The digital cashback project manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the cashback programs, monitoring front-end, technical, and marketing aspects of the offers.
- On the commercial banking side, within the E-commerce team for Mes Extras
- On the online banking side, in collaboration with the customer loyalty and retention manager for Hello Extra
- Digital marketing and e-commerce: managing the digital storefront and optimizing Mes Extras product pages, conducting competitor benchmarking, identifying differentiation opportunities, activating any business levers to accelerate customer enrollment and develop cashback usage
- Communication: developing Mes Extras customer solicitation campaigns and internal communication strategy, continuous improvement of existing processes, monitoring and analyzing campaigns, acting as a contact point for communication teams (including social media), contributing to content creation
- Managing the relationship with the 2 service providers: monitoring ongoing topics, participating in recurring performance analysis meetings, identifying and managing new development initiatives
- Front and back office optimizations: as part of improving the customer experience and enrollment journey conversion rate, analyzing journey performance, prioritizing and delivering in-app journey optimization projects, with the Digital PO and the Backend responsible for cashback
- Committee management: leading internal cashback-related meetings and relaying cashback news
- Operations: publishing cashback offers on the platform, monitoring program performance, and customer feedback received from the Digital Assistance team
