London (2 days per week) or fully remote options available

We are seeking a Digital/Cyber Implementation Manager/Business Change Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering complex cyber and digital transformation initiatives. This is an opportunity to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that cyber programmes deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will be responsible for turning strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, driving organisational change, and using data and insight to monitor performance, identify risks, and influence decision-making. Working across technical and business teams, you will help ensure cyber initiatives are delivered effectively, on time, and against agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Translate cyber and digital strategy into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

Drive business change activities to support the successful adoption of cyber initiatives.

Use data, metrics and reporting to track progress, monitor performance and inform decision-making.

Manage programme finances, budgets and forecasting activities.

Oversee progress tracking, governance and stakeholder reporting.

Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.

Work closely with delivery, cyber, technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Support continuous improvement and the delivery of tangible business benefits.

Essential Skills Experience

Strong experience delivering cyber security and digital transformation initiatives.

Proven track record of turning strategy into successful delivery outcomes.

Experience leading business change and organisational adoption activities.

Strong financial management and budget tracking experience.Excellent risk and issue management skills, including escalation management.

Ability to use data and reporting to drive decisions and demonstrate progress.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to operate in complex environments.

Desirable

Experience working within government, regulated or security-conscious environments.

Active SC Clearance, or eligibility and willingness to undergo clearance checks.
