🎯 Your mission

As part of the maintenance and evolution of a strategic application portfolio related to engineering and deployment projects, we are looking for a Digital Platform Manager (DPM) for IT Deployment to ensure the operational and functional management of business applications.

You will act as the interface between business teams, IT, operations teams, and maintenance providers, with a key objective: to guarantee service quality, application stability, and the success of evolutions.

🛠️ Your main responsibilities

Manage application RUN, monitor production incidents, and continuously improve service quality.

Coordinate application evolutions, from requirements gathering to production deployment.

Manage maintenance teams and ensure follow-up on commitments and deliveries.

Perform functional and application analyses, identify impacts, and understand inter-application dependencies.

Prepare and execute acceptance testing, tests, and delivery validation.

Ensure the operational maintenance of applications and support business needs for evolution.

💻 Technical environment

Key skills:

Management and steering of business applications

Application RUN and production incident management

Maintenance team management

Distributed application architectures

REST APIs and Web Services

Synchronous and asynchronous flows

Analysis of interfaces and application dependencies

Appreciated technologies:

Camunda, business process orchestration, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Git, CI/CD, SQL, log analysis, and monitoring tools.

Experience with complex application environments and the ability to quickly gain expertise in orchestration tools are particularly sought after.

👤 The profile sought

You have at least 8 years of experience as an Application Manager, Domain Manager, Platform Manager, or in an equivalent role.

You are recognized for your ability to:

Quickly take ownership of a complex application portfolio.

Effectively manage maintenance teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Manage priorities between RUN, incidents, and evolutions.

Build trusting relationships with business teams and partners.

Work with autonomy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset.
