Digital Transformation Program Manager

Project overview

Lead a digital transformation program aimed at modernizing heritage management, repositories, citizen/partner relations, and data exchange:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Lead the governance, roadmap, and decision-making bodies (Steering Committee, committees) of the program
• Organize business workshops to structure processes related to heritage and archaeology
• Define the target solution and integration of existing components (ERP Odoo, MonEspace, Alfresco, COSI, geomatics) with architects
• Lead the information system's urbanization and solution interoperability
• Ensure budget management, commitment requests, and public procurement monitoring
• Oversee the end-to-end testing strategy and production rollouts
• Structure data governance, migrations, and the publication of heritage information
• Organize communication, training, and change management support for business teams
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Project Manager or Program Manager on complex programs
• Mastery of functional architecture and information system urbanization
• Experience in coordinating proposals and evaluating solutions
• Experience in the public sector, particularly in public procurement and budget monitoring
• Knowledge of complex environments (ERP Odoo, MonEspace, web integration, geomatics)
• Mastery of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, Prince2)
• Experience in governance involving multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM repositories, and service delivery practices
• Mastery of budget management
• French required
