Project overview

Objective of the mission

Accompany the Digital Workplace Manager in the operational management of user services, monitoring the outsourced Service Desk, and managing projects for the modernization of workstations and collaborative tools.

Scope

Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Windows workstations, mobile terminals, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, collaborative tools, and ITSM processes.

Expected Qualities

Service-oriented, rigorous, autonomous, ability to manage multiple topics in parallel, good interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis skills.

Languages

Fluent French and fluent English required, both written and spoken.

• Act as the operational liaison for the Digital Workplace Manager.
• Manage the outsourced Service Desk and associated providers.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, action plans, and user escalations.
• Prepare and lead operational committees.
• Contribute to Windows 11, Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 projects.
• Improve ITSM processes and produce management reports.
• Minimum 5 years in Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Management, or IT project management.
• Experience in managing providers and service level agreements.
• Proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and ITSM tools.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
