Ensure the security and synchronization of a global leader's Cloud & Hybrid identities:

As part of the operational maintenance and modernization of the directory and identity infrastructures for a major client (over 30 sites and 120,000 users in France and internationally), we are seeking an Expert in Directory Infrastructures & Identity Management (Entra ID, MIM, Active Directory). Within the Collaborator Platform department (PFC-OCM) and integrated into a specialized team of 27 experts, your role will be central and highly responsible: you will be in charge of the administration, evolution, security, and L2/L3 support of hybrid directory architectures and multi-cloud synchronization engines.

Your Future Environment

You will work within the Directory Service, divided between the Active Directory Infrastructure, AD Compliance, and Cloud Directory & Synchronization poles. In constant contact with project teams, security experts, and local and international IT departments, you will work in a hybrid environment (in Île-de-France). This is the ideal environment to work on complex, large-scale identity architectures, administer strategic synchronization engines (Entra ID Connect, MIM, GCDS), secure multi-cloud environments (Azure / GCP), and automate identity management via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

Your Key Missions

Operational Maintenance, Synchronization & Cloud Projects Expertise (RUN & BUILD Mode):

Security, Governance & Tooling (SECURITY & PERFORMANCE Mode):

• Ensure the Operational Maintenance (MCO) and the installation/configuration engineering of directory infrastructures (Active Directory, ADLDS) and synchronization (Entra ID Connect, MIM, GCDS).
• Handle the evolution of provisioning tools and identity synchronization engines for multi-cloud environments (Microsoft Azure & Google Cloud Platform).
• Directly participate in technical design, architecture studies, qualification, and implementation of the group's infrastructure projects.
• Perform in-depth diagnosis of complex incidents, propose workarounds/fixes, and manage Capacity Planning for technical components.
• Actively participate in securing Cloud directory and synchronization infrastructures (implementation of SOA recommendations, PingCastle audits, etc.).
• Ensure the remediation of Cloud audit findings and enforce strict IT security and quality standards.
• Automate and script identity and directory administration using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Conduct continuous technological watch on Cloud services, maintain operability rules, and write all technical documentation (architecture, installation, and operation documents).

• Education: Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, Systems & Networks Administration, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience: You have confirmed experience of 4 to 8 years in directory and identity management infrastructures (L4 / Technical Expertise level).
• Imperative Identity & Cloud Technical Expertise:
• Recognized expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID and Entra ID Connect (Imperative).
• Solid skills in Active Directory (confirmed level imperative).
• Operational mastery of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and ADLDS.
• Knowledge of synchronization and auditing solutions (GCDS, Change Auditor, Recovery Manager, PingCastle).
• Proven mastery of Microsoft networks (DNS, DFS) and scripting development (PowerShell, Graph API).
• Operational Constraints & Languages:
• Professional English essential (written and spoken in an international multi-site context).
• Architectural Vision & Technical Rigor: Ability to design, configure, and secure distributed and critical identity environments.
• Solution-Oriented & Analytical: Aptitude for quickly diagnosing complex malfunctions in large-scale synchronization architectures.
