What will you do

As a supervisor for electrical engineering installations at Brabant Water, you will be responsible for guiding and controlling electrical engineering activities within multidisciplinary projects for drinking water supply. You will ensure that work is carried out safely, according to schedule, and in compliance with the specified quality requirements. You will work closely with engineers, operators, and contractors at various project locations within Noord-Brabant.

In this role, you will be present on the construction site frequently and will be an important link between execution and the project organization. You will monitor the progress of the work, identify deviations, and contribute to a safe working environment.

Are you a new supplier and have not yet signed a cooperation agreement and a client-specific partial agreement? This will follow immediately after the award of the contract. The following client-specific conditions apply to this assignment for the client Brabant Water:

• Supervise the execution and quality of electrical engineering installation work;
• Identify and discuss deviations with project engineers and other stakeholders;
• Check and assess SAT lists, cable trenches, and execution methods, among other things;
• Monitor safety on the construction site and escalate risks or dangerous situations;
• Coordinate work and schedules with disciplines such as structural engineering, ICT, and security.
• A completed MBO (vocational) degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Experience with building-related installations, such as access control, lighting, camera, and security systems;
• Experience with executing and assessing testing and commissioning processes;
• Knowledge of NEN1010 and NEN3140;
• A valid VCA-VOL certificate;
• Preferably knowledge of UAV and administrative provisions within specifications;
• A proactive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• The General Procurement Conditions of Cooperating Water Companies (AISW-2018 Services) apply to every assignment.
• The takeover period for flexible workers is 1,800 hours.
• Indexation is permitted if a flexible worker has been deployed for longer than 1 calendar year, with indexation starting on January 1st after reaching the first calendar year.
• When an assignment is terminated by Brabant Water, a notice period of 1 month applies.
