The DPIA Coordinator operates from Business Control & Quality HRM (temporary situation, this function may fall under a different department in the organization in the future), operates independently of the line, and actively contributes to privacy awareness within the organization. Through focus on process quality & integrity, and through knowledge sharing and development, this role contributes to sustainable privacy maturity within HRM positioning.
The DPIA Coordinator is (temporarily) assigned to the Business Control & Quality HRM department and operates as an independent process director with an overview of the entire DPIA process. Successful execution of the role requires a combination of tact, systematic work, conceptual thinking, and a sense for (privacy) Governance. The DPIA Coordinator acts as an independent process director and works closely with HR business owners, specialists, legal affairs (JZ), and information security (IB&P).
