Ecological Contract Advisor Crayfish (contract)

Project overview

As a contract advisor within the crayfish team, you will be responsible for the management and execution of a framework contract with four lots.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing the contracts in the four lots of the framework contract for crayfish
• Monitoring compliance with contractual agreements, performance, planning, and lead times
• Issuing, registering, and tracking assignments within the contracts
• Checking and processing invoices and progress data from contractors
• Identifying risks, deviations, and bottlenecks in the execution of the contracts
• Planning and minuting progress and contract meetings with contractors
• Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external contracting parties
• Contributing to clear and efficient administration of the contracts
• Attending the bi-weekly meeting of the crayfish team
• Demonstrated work and intellectual level at HBO (higher professional education) level
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, gained in the last 5 years, as a contract advisor, contract manager, or in a similar role
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a civil engineering project environment, gained in the last 5 years
• Not available for deployment as a self-employed person without staff (zzp'er)
• Highly developed awareness of quality and standards, accuracy, analytical skills, and collaboration skills
