Job description

Within the Radio production line of the Industrial Competence Center, your essential mission is to set up/repair equipped boards and radio equipment.

You will work in a continuous improvement environment (visual management, AICs, pull-smoothed flow).

As such, you will:

This long-term position operates on a 2x8 shift schedule and is based in CHOLET (49). Salary is commensurate with your training and experience.

Candidate profile

With a Bac+2/+3 degree in electronics, you have good knowledge of analog and control electronics, radio frequency and amplification, and digital electronics. You have a solid foundation in Radio (VHF and HF).

You have initial experience in radio frequency, using automatic/manual test benches and measurement instrumentation.

You are familiar with technical data management tools (Palma), ERP (SAP), MES (Osali), technical issue management (RNC on Jira), and office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Your organizational skills, rigor, and communication abilities with various stakeholders are essential assets for this role. Your rigor and autonomy are your main qualities. You have a methodical approach to analyzing and solving problems, and you are capable of synthesizing information to present your progress.
