Responsibilities

• Contribute to the specification and design of embedded software for production tests and test flow configuration
• Develop robust, real-time object-oriented, embedded software from hardware abstraction layers to production test application logic
• Create reusable embedded software and tools which are used by various engineering teams
• Collaboration with engineers across disciplines in product and platform teams
• Contribute to our agile development process through implementation, code reviews and continuous improvement

Requirements

Main advantages:

• MSc or BSc in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable qualifications
• Strong expertise in embedded software engineering, including RTOS, concurrency and distributed systems
• Profound professional experience in C and C++; experience with modern C++ standards, including C++23, is an advantage
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and its application in embedded and resource-constrained environments
• Experience with Python, C#/.NET, continuous integration, and/or automated test frameworks is an advantage
• A structured, methodical approach and a passion for solving complex technical problems
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• You will work in an international environment
• A highly motivated team and an open way of communication
