We are continuing our development and are currently looking for an Embedded Team Lead to support a team specializing in the development of embedded payment solutions. 💻💼

You will be responsible for a team of embedded software development experts working in an environment where quality, reliability, and certifications are at the heart of the challenges. You will contribute to the delivery of internationally used solutions, while supporting the growth and development of your team members.

Responsibilities

Occasional travel in Europe and internationally is expected for partners, suppliers, or certification bodies.

• Manage, support, and grow a team of embedded software engineers and quality specialists
• Organize team activities, monitor priorities, and manage delivery commitments
• Ensure the quality of developments and compliance with certification and conformity requirements
• Participate in technical choices and arbitrate strategic decisions in collaboration with technical experts
• Develop team skills through coaching, recruitment, and career management
• Collaborate with external partners, technology suppliers, and certification bodies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices, test automation, and development processes
• Ensure clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
• Participate in defining the roadmap and planning projects within your scope
