Seeking an interim Enforcement Lawyer to provide legal support within the Supervision and Enforcement cluster of the municipality of Tilburg, focusing on advising enforcers and drafting complex enforcement decisions.
Project overview
As an enforcement lawyer, you will provide legal support within the Supervision and Enforcement cluster of the municipality of Tilburg.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Supporting and advising enforcers and community police officers (boa's) on legal issues
- Drafting complex decisions in the field of enforcement
- Providing legal advice to management, directors, portfolio holders, and the Municipal Executive Board
- Contributing to the legal approach for challenging problem files
- Representing the team in objection procedures
- Writing enforcement policies, work instructions, and substantiation for new general local ordinances (APV) articles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a legal field
- Minimum of two years of experience as a lawyer in administrative law
- Experience as an enforcement lawyer is recommended
- Knowledge of the community police officer system, the Building Decree Environment, the Environment Act, or other relevant regulations is a plus
