Paris - 2 days on-site, 3 days remote work

Start Date: early December 2026 (handover of 3 to 4 weeks with the current consultant)

until end of 2027, renewable - full-time

Languages: fluent French and English (international environment)

Experience: minimum 4 to 5 years in enterprise/functional architecture, acquired in a luxury or retail environment

CONTEXT

Major international group in the luxury sector, within its European IT department. The Enterprise Architecture team manages and secures the IT system transformation: it supports the continuous improvement of architecture practices, drives cross-functional initiatives, and simplifies the strategy and integration solutions between systems. The consultant joins an existing architecture team (architect managers + consultants) and works directly with projects and committees.

• Architecture scoping studies
• Conduct scoping studies on structuring retail topics: in-store user management, sales associate objectives, Click & Collect, pricing management
• Perform functional scoping and analysis of the existing system
• Build and evaluate architecture scenarios, then align stakeholders
• Present conclusions and decisions up to the Executive Committee (COMEX)
• Architectural coherence
• Ensure architectural coherence across portfolio projects
• Intervene specifically on master data: Location, Store / Staff, Price
• Architecture practices and governance
• Contribute to the rationalization of the application portfolio
• Oversee decommissioning in LeanIX
• Participate in architecture committees and the continuous improvement of practices
• 4 to 5 years of experience in enterprise or functional architecture, in a luxury or retail environment
• Process modeling (BPMN), functional and application architectures, and conceptual data models
• Proficiency in LeanIX and Draw.io
• Ability to present to management committees (COMEX, architecture committees)
• Capacity to engage business and IT stakeholders on cross-functional topics
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of retail IT systems: POS, clienteling, CRM, pricing, omnichannel / Click & Collect
• Experience in application portfolio rationalization and decommissioning management
• Practice of architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent)
