ERP Master Data Manager (M/F)

Project overview

In a context of structuring and growth of industrial activities, we are looking for an ERP Master Data Manager responsible for ensuring the reliability, consistency, and quality of strategic data used by the company.

As a true coordination point between business teams, you will ensure the proper administration of master data to secure operational processes and improve the overall quality of information used in the ERP.

Your missions:

Technical skills

You will work in an industrial environment relying on a structuring ERP for all company activities. Regular exchanges with technical, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams require a good understanding of data flows and their impact on operations.

The position involves daily use of data analysis and control tools, particularly advanced Excel. Knowledge of databases or SQL is a valuable asset.

Profile sought

• Administer the ERP master data (items, bills of materials, suppliers, customers, logistics parameters, etc.).
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of information in the system.
• Identify and correct data duplicates, discrepancies, or anomalies.
• Participate in defining data governance and management rules.
• Monitor the creation, modification, and deletion of master data.
• Support users in applying best practices related to data.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Office, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at making ERP processes reliable and optimized.

Requirements

With higher education in management information systems, information systems, supply chain, or an equivalent field, you have several years of experience in data administration or management within an ERP.

You have previously worked in an industrial, manufacturing, or technological environment and are comfortable with issues related to data quality and business processes.
