A client in London is currently looking to fill an Estates Improvement Officer position with a focus on tenant satisfaction and defect identification.
Responsibilities
- Complete Pre/Post Inspections
- Liaise with tenants to uncover defects or hazards
- Report findings to Repairs and Compliance Teams for Remedials

- 3-6-month rolling contract
- Negotiable rate DOE
- Hybrid work
