Newport, RI (Onsite) Dates: November 16-18 Client will provide overnight lodging if needed Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Event Videographer/Photographer to cover a multi-day corporate offsite. This person will handle both photography and videography, conduct brief attendee interviews, edit content during the event, and deliver a polished highlight video on a fast turnaround.
Event Schedule: Monday, November 16 - 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Dinner) Tuesday, November 17 - 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Event Coverage) - Editing begins around 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 18 - Final edits and delivery Deliverables - Edited high-resolution event photos - Raw photo and video files - Final 2-3 minute highlight/recap video - Presentation-ready video for the final event session What You'll Do: Photography - Capture professional event photos throughout the offsite - Photograph keynote sessions, networking events, team activities, group interactions, and dinners - Deliver edited, high-resolution images Videography - Record presentations, attendee interactions, networking moments, and event activities - Conduct brief on-camera interviews with attendees - Capture B-roll footage to support storytelling Editing and Production - Edit footage during the event - Produce a 2-3 minute event highlight video - Add music, graphics, transitions, and audio enhancements as needed - Deliver a presentation-ready video for the closing session Requirements - 3+ years of professional photography and videography experience - Corporate event, conference, executive meeting, or company offsite experience - Strong photo and video editing skills - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) - Experience with fast-turnaround event content - Must provide your own professional camera, audio, lighting, and editing equipment - Portfolio showing event photography and recap videos - Ability to work independently and manage full onsite production In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Benefits
