Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer for a 6-month contract, providing executive, administrative and coordination support to senior leadership within a Federal Government agency.

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel and competing priorities.
• Coordinate agendas, briefing papers, correspondence and action items.
• Monitor workflows and ensure key deadlines are met.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior executives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify and escalate emerging issues and operational risks.
• Support administrative processes and operational improvements.
• Strong executive support or senior administration experience, ideally within Federal Government.
• Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance.
• Previous executive support experience within Federal Government.
• Knowledge of government processes and governance.
• Experience with government records, travel and finance systems.
