Project overview

We are looking for an experienced network engineer, with a Master's degree (Bac +5) imperative, with about 7 years of professional experience, mainly in BUILD activities, design, and management of infrastructure projects.

The profile sought is that of a generalist network engineer, with a very good technical foundation, comfortable with architectures, protocols, interconnection constraints, traffic routing, and the integration issues of telephony and softphony solutions. This is not about finding an ultra-specialized technical expert, but a versatile, curious, and involved engineer capable of understanding, challenging, and technically managing a project from end to end.

Experience in writing technical documents for market constitution is essential. Experience in the public sector would be particularly appreciated.

The service provider will be responsible for leading the preparation and writing of the future national telephony and softphony market, from its launch to its notification.

To this end, they will notably have to:

The work will notably draw on the feedback from the first softphony deployment at the Universeine site for approximately 3,000 users, in order to identify requirements, prerequisites, difficulties encountered, and lessons learned to be integrated into the future national market.

The service provider will also provide backup for the softphony project manager in charge of the Universeine deployment and may intervene in support of subjects within the department's scope, as needed, on the following topics:

We are primarily looking for a profile focused on BUILD / design / project management, not a profile mainly focused on RUN, operations, or operational deployment.

An ability to take charge of a subject, structure it, solicit the right contacts, and produce quality deliverables with a high level of autonomy is essential.

CVs must imperatively specify the degree obtained, the number of years of experience, BUILD projects carried out, experience in IP telephony / softphony, and any experience in writing and managing public markets.
