Experienced Product Owner – Digital Flows & Technical Platforms

Project overview

To support its strategic digital acceleration program, a major leading French group is strengthening its application product division.

You will join an experienced product team dedicated to modernizing a transverse ecosystem with significant operational stakes. Within a collaborative agile framework and facing an ambitious roadmap, you will lead functional and technical delivery in close synergy with other POs/PMs, operations teams (Ops), Cloud teams, and third-party solution providers.

Your Main Missions

Profile Sought

• Backlog Management & Facilitation:
• Co-manage the common backlog in direct collaboration with other Product Owners and the Product Manager to maintain constant alignment on priorities.
• Write, refine, and prioritize technical and functional User Stories to support the roadmap.
• Monitor sprint progress using Scrum methodology, anticipate dependencies, and resolve blocking points.
• Technical Coordination & Deployments:
• Independently lead coordination with technical teams (Ops, Cloud Team, Software Vendors).
• Coordinate deployment schedules, upgrades, migrations, and the interfacing of monitoring and observability tools.
• Challenge application architecture choices and facilitate technical communication in French and professional English.
• Quality, Testing & Production Releases:
• Develop test plans and define precise acceptance criteria.
• Organize technical tests (integration, API validation) and coordinate end-to-end testing phases with operational stakeholders.
• Ensure business and technical compliance of deliverables before service launch.
• Provide regular and transparent reporting to management (progress, alerts, risks, milestone tracking).
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on technical integration and distributed architecture projects.
• Technical Foundation & Tooling:
• Proven mastery of Cloud environments (AWS), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of exchange architectures (API design and testing) and data manipulation (SQL).
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, and deployment security tools.
• Tools: Azure DevOps, Confluence, API testing suite (Postman/Swagger).
• Soft Skills & Languages:
• Autonomy, strong organizational rigor, analytical thinking, and pragmatism.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and team spirit to integrate harmoniously into a senior squad on a shared backlog.
• Fluent French and professional English are essential (regular exchanges with international vendors and partners).
