Expert AI Developer – AI Agents & Chatbots

Project overview

As part of strengthening a specialized team in Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technologies, within the IT department of a major French player in the financial sector, we are looking for an Expert AI Developer, specializing in the design and industrialization of autonomous AI agents and advanced chatbots.

You will join a team working on strategic generative AI projects, with the ambition to develop robust, secure solutions directly integrated into business processes.

The mission offers the opportunity to work on advanced AI architectures, combining LLMs, intelligent agents, tool orchestration, and integration into the information system.

Your main missions

• Development of advanced AI agents
• Design and develop AI agents capable of interacting with APIs and executing business actions.
• Implement multi-step intelligent workflows: analysis, decision, action, and supervision.
• Develop secure connectors, tools, and orchestration mechanisms.
• Manage permissions and execution controls for agents.
• Design and optimization of AI chatbots
• Develop and evolve internal and external business chatbots.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Optimize context management, conversational memory, and prompts.
• Integrate and orchestrate different LLM models (Mistral, GPT, Claude).
• Integration into the information system
• Design secure integrations with internal APIs (ERP, CRM, DMS, RPA).
• Develop reusable services and components with an API-first approach.
• Ensure traceability, security, and control of actions executed by agents.
• Industrialization and reliability of AI solutions
• Implement observability mechanisms: logs, metrics, monitoring, traceability, and cost tracking.
• Develop unit and end-to-end tests.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal AI frameworks and components.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and the operation of developed solutions.
• Collaboration and technical expertise
• Provide a high level of technical expertise to the team.
• Participate in demonstrations, PI Planning, and agile rituals.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and AI governance requirements.
