Administer, secure, and automate MFT flows at the heart of inter-application exchange architectures

As part of strengthening the Middleware & File Transfer engineering, operations, and support teams, we are looking for an Axway CFT / MFT Expert. Within a stimulating and distributed international environment, your role will be crucial and strategic: you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, security, automation, and N2/N3 support of secure file transfer platforms (Managed File Transfer - MFT / Axway CFT) carrying all critical data and partner flows.

Your Future Environment

You will evolve within the MFT & Middleware expertise hub, in direct interface with application teams, network/security experts, Cloud architects, and international service centers. In a multi-OS (Linux, Unix, Windows) and hybrid environment (integrating Cloud object storage), you will ensure the high availability, fluidity, and security compliance of data exchanges. You will work in a hybrid work rhythm and leverage your technical skills in an international setting.

Your Key Missions

Administration, Configuration & Security of Flows (BUILD & MIDDLEWARE Mode):

N2/N3 Support, Operations & Incident Resolution (RUN & SUPPORT Mode):

• Ensure the administration, configuration, setup, and operational maintenance of Axway CFT / MFT transfer platforms.
• Design, integrate, and secure inter-application and external data flows using secure protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS).
• Manage the lifecycle of security certificates and apply data encryption mechanisms (SSL/TLS) suitable for compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Shell, Python) for operations, processing management, and flow monitoring.
• Participate in the evolution of MFT architectures towards Cloud environments and object storage services (S3).
• Provide operational support and N2/N3 technical expertise for the entire data exchange scope.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex production incidents and failures on transfer chains.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting of network and interconnection protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SFTP).
• Collaborate daily with international technical and project teams (fluent professional English required).
• Enrich and maintain technical documentation, operational files, and backup procedures.

• Education: Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, software engineering, networks & systems, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience: You have significant operational experience of at least 5 to 6 years in the administration, operation, and support of MFT / Axway CFT solutions and secure data exchanges.
• Imperative MFT & System Technical Expertise:
• In-depth mastery of secure file transfer platforms, with solid practical experience with the Axway CFT solution.
• Strong system administration skills on Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.
• Expertise in managing digital certificates, data encryption, and SSL/TLS, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, TCP/IP protocols.
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and operations: Shell, Python (or equivalent).
• Good understanding of Cloud architectures and integration with object storage.
• Skills & Languages:
• Fluent professional English is essential for daily communication with international stakeholders.
• Service-oriented, autonomous, analytical mindset, and excellent diagnostic skills under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Rigor and Troubleshooting Methodology: Ability to quickly identify the root cause of a complex flow incident (expired certificate, network blockage, incorrect partner configuration).
