VISIAN is a consulting firm specializing in innovation, product design, development, and data.

As part of our client projects, we are looking for an Infrastructure Expert.

• Ensure the operational maintenance of systems, the 24/7 proper functioning of IMS as well as CICS and zOS Connect.
• Manage regular updates, incident management, patch deployment, and performance monitoring of these subsystems.
• Propose solutions and provide consulting services to meet client needs.
• Participate in continuity exercises, continuous improvement, and propose and implement new features.
• Ensure the implementation and deployment of new versions of IMS subsystems.
• Participate in the deployment of CICS, zOS Connect, and associated products (IBM, Broadcom, BMC ...).
• Ensure subsystem stability by applying patches and adapting studied and tested configurations.
• Ensure communication of IMS, CICS, and zOS Connect with other subsystems (DBMS, MQ ...) and servers.
• Manage subsystem performance.
• Participate in the evolution of the MD13 domain architecture.
• Participate in technological watch in the domain (user meetings, IBM conferences, study and implementation of new features).
• Participate in business projects.
• Maintain system documentation and quality procedures up to date.
• Manage incidents.
• Provide assistance to piloting teams and business units.
• Design and propose solutions (related to version upgrades, new functionalities, new needs).
• Modernization of the production environment, continuous improvement.
• Application monitoring (support, debugging, performance monitoring…).
• Take charge of a project task: documentation, planning.
• Mastery of IMS.
• Knowledge of CICS, zOS Connect, DB2, MQ, and monitoring tools.
