Seeking an expert in ISO 20000-1 / ITIL for a digital health consultancy in France, to support the ITSM of a regional organization. This is a part-time, on-demand role over 4 years.

Hello,
JuliaShift (digital health consulting, Paris/Amiens) is forming a group in response to a public e-health tender: support for the ITSM of a regional organization certified ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and HDS.
Your background precisely matches the profile we are looking to fill: your current ITSM/ISO role with a Lyon-based medtech player (ISO 20000 audit, gap analysis, remediation plan in an HDS certification context) and your complete ITIL cycle up to Managing Across The Lifecycle.
The proposed role: an ISO 20000-1 / ITIL expert available for mobilization — CV mention required in the offer with written commitment of availability, followed by occasional interventions upon request. Estimated volume: 2 to 5 days/year over 4 years (framework contract, no guaranteed volume).
Project details
€750 excluding tax/day remote, €900 excluding tax/day on-site, expenses included.
Firm deadline: decision and signed commitment before Monday 07/13.
