Expert Jabra / Epos

Project overview

We are looking for a Jabra / Epos Expert for a 3-month renewable mission in Paris.

Context:

As part of strengthening the headset management activity within the group, we are looking for an engineering profile to start the mission from October.

Within the SEVT tribe, the activities to be entrusted include:

In addition, be equipped with the following aptitudes:

• Conduct technological watch, propose innovations and build a 3-year roadmap
• Be a technical expert in Jabra and Epos solutions
• Evolve the hardware and software catalog
• Build the product backlog, prioritize, define and plan deliveries
• Qualify evolution requests, contribute to study files
• Be the guarantor of the technical and functional consistency of our solutions
• Lead, animate, popularize and present technical topics during committees
• Industrialize and automate the implementation of our solutions
• Contribute to the construction of architecture files / operating documents
• Ensure the transfer of skills to production teams
• Participate in projects and in the resolution of incidents or problems
• Ensure the compliance of solutions with the group's security strategy
• Master our software and hardware assets (Compliance, obsolescence, costs, ...)
• Ensure relations with strategic editors of the work environment
• Promote our service offerings (Demos, webinars, etc.)
• Measure user satisfaction, number of incidents, ...
• Jabra / Epos / Telephony
• Microsoft, Android, iOS and Mac OS environments
• Capacity for self-training and watch
