Expert Logstash / OpenSearch

Project overview

We are looking for an Expert Logstash / OpenSearch for a 3-month renewable mission in Chartres.

Context:

The mission mainly concerns the integration of new data sources, the evolution of existing ingestion pipelines, the operational maintenance of the platform, and the support of consumer projects.

An experienced profile is sought to be quickly operational.

Project details

Profile sought:

The resource must be immediately operational, autonomous, and capable of working in a complex technical environment.

Expected skills:

• Integration of new data sources and implementation of ingestion flows towards OpenSearch and Dynatrace.
• Support projects in integrating their data within the platform.
• Design, implementation, and evolution of ingestion pipelines.
• Operational maintenance of collection and processing chains.
• Analysis and resolution of ingestion-related incidents.
• Optimization of Kafka flows and Logstash pipelines performance.
• Support on index and data management in OpenSearch.
• Use existing automation tools based on Ansible / AWX.
• Technical documentation and skills transfer.
• Proven expertise on Logstash (design, evolution, and optimization of pipelines).
• Confirmed expertise on OpenSearch (index management, mappings, indexing performance) and knowledge of data collection and ingestion mechanisms in Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Ansible / AWX environments.
• Ability to interact with project teams, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Autonomy, analytical skills, and good communication qualities.
• Knowledge of Python would be a plus.
