Context of the mission

In a banking IT production environment, you will join a team specializing in file exchanges and secure transfer solutions.

You will work on critical flows requiring a high level of availability, security, and traceability. Your role will be to provide Level 3 technical support, resolve complex incidents, and support the evolution of MFT solutions.

• Administer, operate, and configure Axway Transfer CFT, XFB Gateway, and SecureTransport solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Level 3 incidents.
• Analyze technical logs, communication protocols, and certificate issues.
• Configure new exchange flows and partners.
• Secure file transfers and manage certificates, SSH keys, and TLS/PKI mechanisms.
• Participate in version upgrades, migrations, and architecture evolutions.
• Provide technical support to Level 1 and 2 teams.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Participate in on-call duties if necessary.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Axway MFT solutions.
• Essential Level 3 technical expertise on Axway Transfer CFT, XFB Gateway, and SecureTransport.
• Mastery of PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS protocols.
• Skills in securing exchanges: certificates, TLS, PKI, and SSH keys.
• Good practice of Unix/Linux environments and Shell scripting.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving complex production incidents.
• Ability to work autonomously and support N1/N2 teams.
• IT production in a banking environment.
• Axway MFT solutions: Transfer CFT, XFB Gateway, and SecureTransport.
• Critical file exchanges requiring security, availability, and traceability.
• Protocols: PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS.
• Unix/Linux environments and Shell scripting.
• Complementary tools: Control-M, Axway Sentinel, Flow Manager, Central Governance, and ServiceNow.
• Collaboration with N1/N2 support teams and production teams.
