The role involves technical assessment, solution identification, scenario evaluation, and recommendation formulation.
Project overview
Context
Our client, a major player in the insurance sector, recently brought its mobile application code back in-house. Since this takeover, several key features are no longer available:
The objective is to make these capabilities available again to better manage user journeys and improve the customer experience. You will provide technical expertise as part of a mission led by a consulting firm.
Your missions
Deliverable
A summary document presenting the envisaged scenarios, their advantages and disadvantages, and the recommended trajectory.
Technical environment
Firebase, Swift / SwiftUI, Kotlin, iOS, Android
- In-app rating (priority #1)
- Push and in-app notifications
- User journey analytics
- Conduct 2 to 3 interviews with application experts (IT and functional) and gather necessary documentation
- Evaluate the client's current capabilities based on the existing stack (Firebase in particular)
- Identify technical solutions to reintegrate the missing functionalities
- Study several scenarios, including in-house development, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages in the client's context
- Formalize a macro recommendation document, with a budget estimate in tee-shirt sizing
