Expert SOC / Detection Engineer

Project overview

Context

To strengthen our client's team, we are quickly looking for a confirmed or senior SOC / Detection Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience in a SOC environment.

Mission

As such, your missions will be:

Your skills:

• Improvement of SIEM rules
• Detection/collection strategies
• Playbooks and automation
• Support for SOC analysts
• SIEM / Detection Engineering: design, optimization, and documentation of detection rules;
• Mastery of MITRE ATT&CK and mapping of detection coverage;
• Analysis and exploitation of logs: AD, Windows/Sysmon, Linux, EDR, FW, Proxy, VPN, DNS, Entra ID;
• Design of incident response playbooks and SOAR automation;
• Good writing, workshop facilitation, and skills transfer capabilities
• Logpoint / TheHive / MISP experience particularly appreciated.
