Project overview

Within the IT department of a large insurance group, as part of a team dedicated to omnichannel outbound communication, the mission involves contributing to the production and distribution of regulatory and contractual documents across different communication channels.

The consultant will work in a multi-technology and multi-stakeholder environment, with regular exchanges with business teams, technical teams, and external partners.

The service includes:

Analysis, design, and estimation of business needs

Development of document composition models on different publishing solutions

Configuration of document distribution chains

Execution of unit tests and support for acceptance testing phases

Monitoring of developments carried out by a service center and participation in follow-up committees

Review and validation of work carried out internally and/or externally

Ensuring the quality of developments and compliance with current standards

Participation in the operational maintenance of the perimeter's applications

Expected skills:

Solid experience in the field of publishing and document communication

Proficiency in document composition solutions

Ability to work in complex, multi-team environments

Ease in leading meetings and coordinating with various stakeholders

Additional information:

Work context in a mixed internal/external team

Integration with planned skill development based on knowledge of the technical and functional environment

Environment focused on multi-support document production (letters, emails, SMS, etc.)
