What will you do

As a Facilities Coordinator at Ter AA, you will ensure that facility services run smoothly and that students and colleagues can count on a pleasant and safe learning and working environment. You are part of the Housing and Facilities department, which deals with building management, cleaning, catering, safety, and purchasing, among other things. Together with colleagues, you will make a difference for the users of Ter AA and initiate improvements where necessary.

• Managing and coordinating the activities of caretakers and reception.
• Organizing team meetings and guiding employees.
• Identifying and initiating improvements in work processes and services.
• Managing maintenance work and monitoring the condition of buildings and grounds.
• Coordinating facility matters related to events and meetings.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing improvement actions.
• Preparing management information and reporting on budgets.
• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, for example in Facility Management or technical business administration.
• Experience with facility services, management, and maintenance.
• Affinity with buildings and technical installations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Preferably experience with supplier and contract management.
• A valid VOG (screening profile 60) is required for this position.
