Our client, a company specializing in industry, based in Vélizy, is looking for a Facilities Manager M/F, for a 6-month interim position, with the possibility of extension.

• Coordinate and monitor service providers and their obligations for all services within your scope, lead meetings, and supervise their performance and that of our partners.
• Maintain and operate facilities to ensure business continuity, asset reliability, and compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations. Ensure premises comply with local regulations and obligations, and signage.
• Provide support to facilities and meet the commitments defined by management.
• Monitor key performance indicators and service level metrics to improve performance and cost transparency.
• Manage and monitor Health, Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness (HSSE): access control, security procedures, safety drills, and incident management procedures.
• Coordinate space planning, furniture management, and moves in partnership with Real Estate. Manage office space to optimize team organization and working conditions, implementing group standards and culture (internal/external).
• Manage office services and supplies, monitor work experiences.
• Contribute to the broader sustainability and environmental compliance project: implement actions, collect data, support certifications and best practices.
• Manage the supplier budget, ensure contractual compliance, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to procurement and corporate governance requirements.
• Your English level is at least operational orally and in writing to interact in an international environment.
• You have held a similar position for a minimum of 5 years: expertise in equipment maintenance, fire safety regulations, maintenance operations management, space, and supplies.
• You manage your mission with a sense of responsibility to meet expectations.
• You know how to plan, manage your organization, and work autonomously.
• You are client/satisfaction oriented, focused on quality follow-up, and rigorous.
• You find solutions to problems encountered in the follow-up and management of your files.
