[FBO] Senior Data Developer / Tech Lead GCP - BigQuery - Lille

Project overview

As part of the development and operation of its GCP Datahub, Inetum is looking for a Senior Data Developer / Tech Lead to act as a technical referent within an Agile team. The mission covers the entire data processing chain, from ingestion to exposure to partners, with major challenges in performance, quality, and reliability. Particular attention is paid to cloud cost optimization (FinOps), pipeline industrialization, and the stability of production processes.

Expected Profile:

Senior Data Developer or Tech Lead with in-depth expertise in GCP, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Oracle, with solid experience in designing and industrializing data pipelines. Advanced proficiency in dbt, SQL, performance optimization mechanisms, and proven experience with Apache Airflow / Composer are expected. The profile must master XML/CSV exchanges, testing practices, Git and CI/CD, as well as FinOps and production challenges.

Autonomous and capable of technically leading end-to-end subjects, they must also demonstrate leadership, pedagogical skills, and excellent collaboration abilities with technical and business teams.

• Develop and industrialize data ingestion pipelines from Oracle to BigQuery and Cloud SQL
• Design and model data transformation layers with dbt: staging, normalization, aggregations, and datamarts
• Develop and orchestrate ELT processes through Apache Airflow / Composer DAGs
• Design and automate large XML and CSV outbound data flows for partners
• Ensure that exchanges comply with XSD schemas, interface contracts, and business rules
• Implement unit tests, dbt data tests, and software quality controls
• Optimize the performance of SQL queries and BigQuery and Cloud SQL processes
• Implement partitioning, clustering, cache management, and join optimization strategies
• Monitor and optimize GCP resource consumption in a FinOps approach
• Deploy monitoring systems, alerts, and proactive anomaly detection procedures
• Ensure operational maintenance and advanced support for production processes
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents affecting pipelines and data exchanges
• Ensure good development practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with the Framework team to integrate tools, standards, and technical patterns
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work with POs, PPOs, and business experts to frame requirements
