Job Title: Field Support
Technician
Responsibilities
as the first point of contact for support issues across various retail
stores.
travel between stores in the mentioned areas is required.
service tickets and work logs, including troubleshooting issues related to
desktops, networks, software, and hardware.

with troubleshooting desktop applications, network equipment (routers,
switches, access points), and configuring Zebra handhelds and printers.
