Project overview

Interim mission to ensure the continuity of financial management for an international scope.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Ensure the financial direction of the EMEA/Asia scope and guarantee the continuity of operations during the transition
• Assist the regional President and the management bodies in monitoring economic performance
• Supervise the Finance teams present in several countries and support organizational changes
• Oversee profitability, working capital, cash flow, and investments
• Supervise accounting closings, reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with internal control, conformity, and financial governance
• Collaborate with the Finance Transformation Leader to prepare for the arrival of the future permanent Finance Director
• Higher education degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, or Management
• At least 15 years of experience in international finance departments, ideally in an industrial environment
• Solid experience in managing Finance teams internationally
• Recognized ability to act as a true partner to management teams
• Perfect command of English, both written and spoken
