As an Interim Financial Accounting Specialist, you will support the financial team of a large public organization in the Haarlem-Alkmaar region.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Taking care of the financial administration, journal entries, and checking balance sheet and income statement items
- Preparing the month-end closing and associated reports
- Compiling balance sheet files and participating in the interim audit and year-end closing
- Analyzing provided salary data such as net salaries, pensions, and payroll taxes
- Preparing IV3 statements and handling VAT returns
- Providing support to the financial team
- Independent, hands-on attitude and ability to quickly learn a new environment
- Ability to think in journal entries
- Good communication skills and accurate working method
- Experience with Exact Globe is recommended
- Experience within municipal government or another public organization is a plus
