- Taking care of the month, quarter, and year-end closing
- Preparing financial reports and ensuring the administration remains in order
- Preparing the annual accounts file and supporting the audit
- Managing and structuring the work of the accounting team
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to improve financial processes
- Able to make independent decisions
- Approachable towards the team
- Ability to maintain an overview
- Experience with accounting and managing closings
- Experience with guiding or coordinating colleagues is a plus
