Do you want to help customers with potential fraud and contribute to preventing and combating fraud together with Rabobank?

Summary

Within FEC External Fraud, 3 departments have been established: Fraud Monitoring & Requests, Fraud Response, and Fraud Advice. The Fraud Monitoring & Requests department performs the initial analysis on all incoming alerts. At the Fraud Response department, potential fraud cases from Fraud Monitoring & Requests are further investigated, and decisions are made on how to handle the case of the victim, and the part concerning the victim is processed. The Fraud Advice department handles the further finalization of the case concerning the fraudulent beneficiary.

As a Flexible External Fraud Worker at Rabobank, you will support the 3 work streams within FEC External Fraud with administrative tasks. You will be guided by an analyst during your work and help the team to handle fraud alerts carefully. You will work approximately 16 hours per week, mainly in the evenings and at least 1 day on the weekend. You will work at the office once a month. The rest of the time you will work from home. The intended start date is November 1, 2026. Taking vacation in consultation (not pre-approved).

You will support Fraud Monitoring & Requests, Fraud Response, and Fraud Advice within FEC External Fraud. During onboarding and work execution, you will be paired with an analyst.

• You have MBO/HBO work and thinking level.
• You are available approximately 16 hours per week.
• You work at least 1 evening per week.
• You are available at least 1 weekend day per week.
• You are flexibly deployable, including during school holidays.
• You have experience with incoming and outgoing telephone customer contact.
• You master the Dutch language well, both spoken and written.
• You possess excellent social and communication skills.
• You have an affinity for fraud investigation.
• You get energy from telephone contact with customers.
• You have administrative experience.
• You have experience with banking systems such as FIM and Siebel.
• You master English.
