FOI and SARs Officer

Project overview

Vivid Resourcing are working with a university in the North West who are looking for an experienced FOI & SARs Officer to provide interim support within its Information Governance team.

The role will focus on managing FOI and Subject Access Requests, including assessing requests, applying exemptions, coordinating information gathering, drafting responses and ensuring statutory deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience handling FOI and SARs.
• Good knowledge of FOI and data protection legislation.
• Experience within a university, local authority or wider public sector organisation.
• Able to manage a caseload independently and work to tight deadlines.
