• You will develop and coordinate adoption plans for digital initiatives and bring stakeholders together. Subsequently, you will ensure that implementations are thoroughly prepared before going live.
• You will translate complex project and product information into clear communication, training, train-the-trainer sessions, and practically applicable support materials.
• You will guide local representatives in the rollout of new tools and processes. You will gather feedback from the network and act as a bridge between end-users and internal teams.
• You will build an active user community focused on knowledge sharing, feedback, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• You will closely monitor adoption, execution, and KPIs. Additionally, you will identify risks and improvement opportunities and translate insights into concrete actions and sustainable results.
• You have experience in change management, adoption management, digital transformation, or stakeholder management.
• You combine a strategic vision with a hands-on approach and enjoy taking ownership. You communicate fluently in Dutch or French. You also have a good knowledge of English.
• You have experience guiding workshops, training sessions, and change processes.
• You effortlessly translate complex information into clear and usable messages for diverse target audiences. You dare to constructively challenge stakeholders and are strong in building sustainable collaborations.
• You are analytical and use data, KPIs, and feedback to implement improvements.
• Experience with ADKAR or another change management methodology.
• Experience within a dealer, franchise, retail, or partner network.
• Experience with digital transformation projects for large user groups.
• Affinity with technology, processes, and user adoption.
• a full-time freelance assignment of 40 hours per week
• possibility of partial remote work
• from early January 2027 to the end of December 2027 (approx. 1 year) with a chance of extension
