- Review legal matters and identify suitable actions for the organisation.
- Prepare and review legal documents to support business activities.
- Work with internal stakeholders to clarify legal needs and timelines.
- Manage external legal advisers where required for specific matters.
- Maintain clear records of legal matters and key decisions.
- Report on legal priorities and progress to relevant stakeholders.
- You have experience as head of legal;
- Experience from the industrial sector is a strong plus;
- You are fluent in English.
